3 bedroom, 2 bath with formal living room with French doors for privacy, formal dining room with glistening, refinished parquet flooring, eat in kitchen with island bar, family room with stone wall fireplace/French doors which lead to a large covered pool deck which is screen enclosed. Cul-de-sac location ensures privacy and peacefulness. Close to I-95 to travel to St. Augustine, Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. Fish pond in side yard. Master bedroom has large private bath with single French door which leads to the pool area. Living Room has queen pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort.Typical rates are $975 for a non-event week and $2500 for Special Event Weeks (Race Week, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, etc)
Special Policies
I have decided to change my policy regarding a security deposit. In the past, I charged a $500 refundable security deposit. I am now going to collect a $49.00 fee which will be listed under "amenity fee". This is a nonrefundable damage policy up to $1500. So the total you will see in addition to the actual reservation fee is $100 cleaning, $49 (amenity/damage policy).No diving in the pool (deep end is 6 ft). Encourage children NOT to run around the pool, we don't want any accidents. Do not change timer on the pool, it is set by my pool service to keep the pool sparkling clean. Set the thermostat on 76-78 when not in home and when you leave on the day of departure. Trailers for boats or motorcycles can be parked if the vacationer is booked for a week or less (use the driveway or along the curb in front of the house) Clean the dryer screen after every drying cycle. Run the dishwasher prior to check out. Remove all linens and place in the laundry area. Keep up with the towels. Wash and dry towels as needed. When you leave, try to wash and dry all towels except for the last few you have used prior to departure. This is extremely helpful to my housekeeper. When using the Jacuzzi, please make sure you don't have any lotions or oils on your body. It is hard on the system/water. Illegal drug use prohibited. PETS: Pets are on a case to case basis. It depends if the pet is small, etc. Also if pet is agreed upon, a $250 pet fee is charged which is non-refundable (for cleaning carpets and furniture so no trace of pet is apparent to others).
