Enjoy ocean and mountain views from this wonderful Maui condo. No 'garden view' here - this is direct ocean front and one of the best values in Kihei, Maui. This unit has been recently refurbished and includes new carpet throughout, new furniture in all rooms, newly furnished kitchen, etc. The location is hard to beat.... on the 4th floor of the Menehune Shores building, faceing south enough to get morning and early afternoon sun, but also catches afternoon tradewinds to keep cool. On the Lanai, you can orient how you like, to a splendid view of the mountains or ocean, palm trees and Molokini crater and the island of Kaho-olawe. Access the lanai from the master bedroom or liveing room. Binoculars included to view whales from the lanai, December through April! Finally, everything is a short drive from this location, groceries, airport, restaurants, aquarium, Lahaina, Wailea, Big Beach, etc. If you have to work or stay be on the Web, WiFi is available!

The master bedroom has wonderful morning light, spectacular ocean views and the soothing sound of ocean waves fall asleep to. Slideing glass door exits to Lanai. Closet and two dressers provide ample storage. The two twin beds in the Guest bedroom can be combined to create a king bed. Liveing room features a pull out queen bed, functioning as an extra sleep option, depending on guest preferences.

Kihei is centrally located on Maui and a quick 8 miles from Kahalui Airport. From Kihei, you can reach famous Wailea with a short drive to the South and Lahaina in about 20 minutes. the Beaches in this area are fantastic and some of the world's best. One advantage of Kihei is that it is sunnier than other parts of the Island, but cooled with pleasant trade winds almost every afternoon. Our condo is on the 4th floor of a six story building which is directly on the oceanfront and bordering an ancient Hawaiian fish pond which is being restored to its original form. Since the water is warm and calm here, it makes for great swimming or playing with kids, or use the pool for a freshwater dunk. If you don't wish to cook, a short drive brings a broad selection of Sushi, Thai, Seafood and other restaurants. Groceries are 1 mile away. Walk for miles on beaches to the north and south from your doorstep. A new Indian Cuisine Restaurant has opened in the building!
