Property Details

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is about 15 minutes from almost anywhere needed (movie theater, shopping malls, downtown, airport, zoo...). There is a lot of space and the feel of comfort in this 1500 sq ft property that has a beautiful yard and you can see the beautiful mountains. The house is fully furnished with linen and appliances, and is kept clean, cozy and maintained. Yard is not fenced in, and there is plenty places for parking.

Beds: Queen Bed, Twin/Single Bed, Bunk Bed with bottom half a futon (queen-sized). Entertainment: Cable/Satellite TV, DVD/CD Player Stereo System. Internet: Clearwire broadband.


Special Policies

No shoes, no pets and no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, butts must be disposed of properly, NOT ON GROUND.

Cancellation: 100% refunded if notice of cancellation is made 45 days prior to arrival; 50% of stay is forfeited if less than 40 days notice is given. 100% of rental stay is forfeited is less than 20 day cancelation notice.Credit card transaction fees may apply on cancellations.
