During your stay, please keep all doors locked as you leave and enter. Smoke scent found in the home will lead to a $300 smoke mitigation and cleaning fee. Parties and/or loud or disruptive behavior will negate the contract for access. Please be mindful of the family-friendly atmosphere of the home and neighborhood and stay in a manner accordingly.
