Information used by StaySite

StaySite processes the listing links and property details you submit to create or display a site preview. If you sign in and save a preview, the draft and its source details are associated with your account. Account information is used to provide sign-in and workspace features.

If you submit an email through a waitlist or contact surface, StaySite uses it to respond to that request. The app also records limited product events, such as when a preview is started or saved, to understand whether core flows are working.

How information is used

Information is used to provide previews and account features, maintain and protect the service, respond to requests, and improve the product. StaySite does not need an email address to show a manually entered preview; saving a draft to a workspace requires an account.

Service providers and public listings

StaySite may use service providers to host and operate the app and to help process information needed for a preview. A listing link or details you submit may be handled by those providers for that purpose. Only submit information you are authorized to use.

Storage, retention, and choices

Saved drafts remain associated with your account while needed to provide the workspace. Waitlist information is kept while it is useful to manage that request, subject to operational or legal needs. You can ask StaySite to review or delete information associated with you by emailing the support address below.

The app may use essential browser storage or cookies for sign-in, security, and saved preferences. You can control browser storage through your browser settings, though some app features may then stop working.

Security and updates

StaySite uses safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. This proposed policy may be updated as the service changes; the page will be revised when the policy is updated.
