Using StaySite
StaySite lets furnished-rental operators create and save draft site previews. A preview is a private draft display, not a published guest site, booking system, or promise that a property is available. You are responsible for reviewing a preview before sharing or relying on it.
You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and only submit listing details or other content that you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials secure and tell StaySite if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Sample sites and estimates
The sample sites shown on StaySite are fictional examples. Names, property descriptions, unit counts, and sample rates are illustrative and do not identify real operators or rentals.
The fee calculator uses the values entered by the visitor and the assumptions shown with it. Its result is an estimate for comparison, not a forecast of bookings, income, or savings.
Plans and payments
StaySite currently displays annual plan prices of $99 for up to 5 units and $149 for up to 10 units, paid up front with no monthly option. Checkout is not available in the current app, so those displayed prices cannot currently be purchased through StaySite.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change or be unavailable while StaySite is being developed. The app may refer to third-party listing or platform services; those services have their own terms and practices, and StaySite does not control them.
Changes and contact
StaySite may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms, where applicable. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@staysite.com.
